Jiancheng Mingzishan Tea Co.

Jiancheng Mingzishan Tea Co. used to be called Mingzishan Tea Factory, located 18km north of Jiancheng Township, established in 1991. 2005 saw it became a private company. In the last dozen years, the company built 7000 mu (Chinese acres) tea fields, within that there were 4000 mu premium tea garden at an elevation 1680 meters, that awarded a certificate as the environmental friendly agricultural product base. Moistened under such climate, high elevation, pure water, the resulting tea is natural, of high fragrance and tasty. The company owns three 2000 square meters tea processing plants. The Mingzishan branded green tea and Pu-erh teas were certified as the environmental friendly agricultural product, obtained a few patents and golden awards.

The company's assets are 13 millions RMB, with 2000 tea farmers. The annual revenue is 7 millions RMB with the potential to go up to 20 millions RMB. The product lines include green teas of different grades, and Pu-erh teas of loose leaf, cake, brick, and tuocha.
